Not satisfied?
If you're not happy with your product, please contact us with your order number within 5 days of delivery at info@basinformulas.com so we can make it right. We offer refunds or store credit on a case-by-case basis, depending on the issue.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
Your item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
You must contact us before sending the item back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Non-returnable items
Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns on opened or used personal care products unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Exchanges or Damaged Items
If your item arrived damaged, please send a clear photo and your order number to info@basinformulas.com within 5 days of delivery, and we’ll send a replacement or refund you.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
